Who can buy
Adults 21 and older with a valid government-issued ID. Medical cannabis patients 18 and older with a state-issued medical recommendation. Licensed retailers verify ID at every sale.

Where you can consume
Private property with the property owner's permission. Licensed cannabis lounges. Consumption is prohibited in public spaces, in vehicles (driver or passenger), within 1000 feet of schools, daycares, or youth centers, and on federal property.

How much you can possess
Up to 28.5 grams of flower or 8 grams of concentrate at one time, for adult-use consumers. Higher possession limits apply to medical patients. Possession in excess is an infraction.

Why Waxx is California-only
California licensing is state-specific. Cannabis cannot legally cross state lines. Waxx Brandz holds California manufacturing and distribution licenses, so distribution is California-exclusive. National expansion requires separate licensing in each target state.
